Description
The 3G-SDI Multi-Function Scaler Splitter is a broadcast-grade signal processing workhorse engineered specifically for high-demand professional video workflows. Powered by an advanced FPGA video processing engine, this versatile hardware solution converts a single HD-SDI input into two scaled 3G/HD/SD-SDI outputs.
Equipped with high-performance video scaling (Scaler) technology, it allows operators to freely adjust the SDI output resolution (with 9 selectable resolution presets) to perfectly match different display devices or downstream systems on-site.
Beyond video scaling, this device integrates both audio embedding and audio de-embedding via a 3.5mm audio interface into a single compact unit. It enables users to either embed external analog audio into the SDI signal or extract embedded SDI audio for external processing and real-time headphone monitoring.
By combining scaling, distribution, and audio management into one device, it eliminates cable clutter and reduces the need for multiple single-purpose hardware components.
